Terms and Conditions
A full refund will be given only if requested 2 calendar days after the payment date. Students and Attendees must contact us at courses[at]cocorrina.com to request a refund, presenting evidence of payment (Bank statement or PayPal payment receipt). After the period of 2 calendar days after the payment is made, no refunds are possible for any Student and Attendee.
Courses Material and Content
All Materials and Content used in the Design courses, is created solely by Corina Nika and Cocorrina & Co GP ©. The purpose of the Design courses is to help attending individuals or companies develop necessary skills required in topics and areas described by the courses topics. All opinions, courses structure and how to’s, are the Designer’s and Lecture’s personal opinion, structured and presented to the students – attendees through carefully created courses.
Copyrighted Material and other intellectual property
The Website contains copyright material, trade names and marks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, graphics, video and may in future include music and sound (‘Content’). The Content is protected by copyright law, registered and unregistered trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. All Materials and Content used in the Design courses, is created and protected by copyright law by Corina Nika and Cocorrina & Co GP ©.
You may download information from the Website for your own personal use only. Except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without our express permission or that of the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyright material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyright material.

Where personal information is captured (eg through web-based forms for feedback, registration, requests, etc), the User will be informed as to what personal information is being collected, who will use it, and for what purpose(s) it will be used. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as it is still used for the purpose stated when originally requested.
Usernames and Passwords
You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username and passwords that may be given to you or selected by you for use on our Website. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding our Website that comes to your attention.
Each Designer and Lecturer goes by a personal signature style. Therefore the Designer and Lecturer is not liable for any misunderstandings, misinterpretations or difference of opinions that might arise. No certificate of attendance will be issued after the end of each course. You are welcome to download to your computer parts of a course or courses or a course or courses in full, only for your personal use. You are not allowed to use any content or contents of the Design courses, as described in the “Copyrighted Material and other intellectual property” section.
We have adopted a respectful online study place policy. We do not condone and will not tolerate any conduct, comment, gesture or contact that may discriminate on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, political belief, religious belief, family or marital status, physical or mental disability, gender, sexual orientation or age or cause offence, humiliation or intimidation to any person. The policy applies to all dealings with staff, students, members, suppliers and the public. Under all above cases, offensive comments and users will be removed without further notice.
